Business managers

You’ll be working with organisations that may have a large amount of talent and expertise but lack the management systems and strategic approach.

Working with small and medium sized organisations, you’ll help them to become more effective and efficient. You’ll share your business skills and develop strategic plans and support business in managing a variety of programmes and projects.

You’ll need at least three years management and organizational development experience, including:

• staff training, leadership and motivation

• team or company strategy/planning

• budget control 

• monitoring and evaluation systems

• management and administrative systems

• managing change

• communications.

You could be working in countries like India, Namibia and Zambia.
