Volunteer managers

VSO understands the benefits of people volunteering with in their own country, as well as that of international volunteers. Right now we’re looking for experienced volunteer managers to develop effective strategies for volunteer programmes. You'll provide training on volunteer management systems and support volunteers to ensure their skills are put to full use.

You’ll have at least two years experience of projects. You're likely to be supporting your organization in managing a  new volunteer programme. Strong planning, organisational and communication skills are essential as you’re likely to work in a cross-cultural team with different stakeholders.

You could be working in countries like Namibia, Vanuatu and Zambia.
